Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in selling IT staffing services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships within the IT industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector, including technology companies, startups, and enterprises.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for IT staffing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing services.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track sales performance metrics, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT staffing services or related solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, including technology trends, talent requirements, and client needs.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Candidates with a current book of business are highly preferred.
