Position : Assistant General Manager

Job Summary :

As the Assistant General Manager at Civico 2064, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our new Los Feliz location.

You will work closely with the Owner / General Manager to uphold our high standards of service, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent high-quality service and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis, to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both guests and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial analysis.
