What You’ll Do :
- Scout for potential roofing and siding replacement opportunities with insurable damage.
- Canvass around neighborhoods to self-generate and sign new leads.
- Conduct property inspections and document damages.
- Present our value to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong customer communication.
- Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings provided by the company.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in home improvement.
- A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM and canvassing software is a plus.
