About The Position
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Start time at 0645 or 0900; 4 - 10-hour shifts; 3 - 12-hour shifts with a 0630 start; On-call requirements include weekday 4x in 6 weeks and weekend call;
shifts may fluctuate to meet staffing needs.
Required Certifications : BLS certification required (must be from American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross);
NBSTSA or equivalent preferred but not required.
Scrub Attire : Scrubs required and not provided by the facility.
Floating Requirements : Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location.
EMR Used : EPIC
Relevant Skills : Experience in Ortho, ENT, and / or vascular; must be team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment;
must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

Radius Restrictions : 75-mile straight line; no local travelers allowed.
RTO (Request Time Off) : Time off must be disclosed with the initial submission; no holiday RTO will be approved.
