Mosquito Joe of Metro Detroit is looking to hire a motivated Mosquito Control Technician. Apply now to join our team in keeping our customers and community safe from dangerous insects.
We are offering $1,500 bonuses. ($500 sign on bonus as well as end of the season bonus of $1,000).
Qualifications :
Will be required to be certified through the State of Michigan
- Able to hoist 40-60lbs of mosquito-fighting gear!
- Willing and able to perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional

- Reliable
Responsibilities :
- Inspect and assess properties for signs of mosquito activity
- Use a variety of methods to control mosquitoes, including larvicide and adulticide treatments
- Maintain and repair mosquito control equipment
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations

Pay : starting at $17 per hour
We use a commission based program based on the production value of the route you will be driving
