Job Description : Lead Dispatcher - Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning
Location : Concord, CA
Pay Range : $28 - $38 per hour
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Lead Dispatcher to join our team. The Lead Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching our technicians to ensure timely service delivery to our customers.
This position requires someone with experience in the HVAC industry or proficiency with service management software, particularly Service Titans.
The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments and provide service updates.
- Prioritize service calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability.
- Monitor technician locations and job progress throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician activities, and customer interactions in Service Titans or similar software.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to service appointments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior dispatchers as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the HVAC industry or similar field.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in using service management software, particularly Service Titans, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in HVAC or dispatching is a plus.
