psu.edu (MAILTO : / / [email protected])SUMMARY OF POSITION : Responsible for understanding and performing the entire Document Imaging Process.

Understand chart order, forms, and hierarchy and for insure the quality and validity of the images released from ProVision to PowerChart.

Sort and attach paper and electronic documentation and review discharge packets for completion. Determine and gather both paper and electronic records needed for Audits and Research.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : High School Diploma or equivalent1 year effective experience in a healthcare setting required.Excellent English reading comprehension skills and the ability work effectively as a part of a team is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Strong computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products preferred.
