- Develop applications and interfaces with Visualforce, Lightning web components and APEX
- Experience with Governor limits, Lightning web components, Apex, Sales cloud, Service cloud, flows, Salesforce security model, Integration using API's, JIRA and GIT
- Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce, Integration and Salesforce best practices
- Salesforce development assistance to Junior developers in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion with client architects and product owners
- Review and provide guidance on design and proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and techniques
- 4-5 years of experience in a hands-on technical development position
- Preferred Salesforce certifications
- Experience working in onshore offshore model using Agile
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced changing workenvironment
- Client communication and Stakeholder (Productowner) engagement in Agile working model
