BECOMING OUR DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR - TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Schedule :
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, plus weekends.
Day-to-Day :
As our Dental Patient Coordinator - Treatment Coordinator, you will provide essential support to ensure our patients receive top-notch care.
Your responsibilities will include patient scheduling, insurance verification, maintaining accurate patient records, account collections, and collaborating with our dentistry professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Your warm and welcoming demeanor at the front desk will set the tone for patients' visits, and your communication skills will be invaluable in discussing payment plans and handling billing inquiries, making a significant impact on their overall experience.
Qualifications :
Dentistry front desk experience
Having knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus!
