Registered Nurse (RN)
Description :
We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives.
Maxim offers comprehensive training to all of our nurses to ensure that our nurses are confident in providing one-on-one care in the patient’s home.

Position Details :
- Adult Female Patient
- Acuity Level : G-tube / Trach / Vent at night
- Location : Gilbert
- Schedule : Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; 8a-6p
About case :
Patient is an adult female who is needing help 3 days a week. The shifts are 10 hours long, three days a week. The patient has a g-tube, trach and vent.
The vent is only used at night, so all day nurses will not need to work with it but be trained in it. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with.
There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

Responsibilities :
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
