This is a Nights : 12-Hours position. Candidates must have 1-year of experience within the last 3-years, working as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Requirements
- Updated Current Resume
- Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) License, If Required By Alaska
- Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications (AHA certifications)
- 2 Current Clinical References (two Supervisor Reference Preferred, sometime required)
- TB Skin Test -or- Blood Test (Within 12-Months) (2-step PPD may be required)
- Titers / Immunizations (MMR / Hepatitis B / Varicella)
- Current Flu Vaccination (October March)
- Must Pass Background Check & Urine Drug Screening
