About our Nurse Residency Program for new graduates : # As a Nurse Resident, we want to do everything to set you up for success!# You will be assigned to a Cohort and attend 6 months of monthly educational sessions with your cohort team members.

This is led by our Nurse Residency Coordinator.# The program is designed to ease your transition from a novice nurse to a competent nurse.

Teaching methodologies include didactic learning, simulation and fun team activities applicable to nursing practice at Saratoga Hospital.
