Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

Requirements :
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to apply. This includes holding a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and any additional certifications or licensures required by the state of Illinois.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on behavior goals and accommodations.
