Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning.
We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips.

SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service training days.
SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. We also offer several side certification programs through the CR Institute platform.
Most RBTs at SOS work full-time.
Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes. SOS offers full-time employees 2 weeks of PTO per year and unlimited non-paid time off.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7 : 45am-4 : 15pm full time
- Two times per week, work in client’s home 4 : 30pm - 6 : 30pm
- Client material creation and preparation
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts / Crafts / Activities / Games)
- Record client data into Central Reach program
- Convert appointments into billing
- Write detailed SOAP notes
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
- Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
- Cleaning duties
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
