One of Vaco’s investment companies in the tech space is looking to add an Analyst to the team. A lot of potential for upward mobility and growth and potential to work with a team buildout in Dallas!

The Role :

• Investment analysis when the company is considering investing in a company - analyzing the potential, due diligence, underwriting, ROI potential etc etc
• Conducts financial analysis and technical research at all stages of the deal flow incl. financial models, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Supports in all fields of portfolio management, such as business and financial plan validation, tracking of key metrics and reporting - IRR, MOIC, etc Requirements :
• Bachelor's in Finance / Investment focus
• 2-5 years of modeling experience / due diligence on investment
• Technology industry preferred
• Int / Adv Excel

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
