Our mission is to treat all staff and residents with love and respect.

We are looking for a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN.

$31 to $43.50 per hour based on license, experience and shift

DAY SHIFT : 7a to 7p and NIGHT SHIFT : 7p to 7a; Weekly plus Every Other Weekend

RN or LPN nurses : We will reimburse KY license fees

10-minute commute from Cincinnati

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications :

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Kentucky State Board of Nursing.

Current KY LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License or Registered Nurse - RN.

BLS certification required.

Long-Term Care experience preferred.

English language required.

FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT STATE LAW REQUIRES A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN Summary :

Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.

Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.

Regular rounding on nursing units.

Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.

Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.

Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
