Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for an experienced Centerless Grinding Technician role : Setup and operate manual and CNC centerless grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. Candidates can choose from 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and CNC centerless grinding machines.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and ensure high-quality results.
