Pay : Starting at $25.00 / HR

Shifts Offered : Day Shift, Evening, NOC (Nights)

Employment Type : Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Contract

Client Settings : Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Hospice Clinics, Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Schools, and Urgent Care

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient
  • Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
  • Prepare clinical / progress notes and summaries.

Assist the physician in complex nursing situations.

  • Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care.
  • Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition.
  • Functions as a resource person and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards.
  • Acts on patients, resident’s behalf to assure patient rights and wellness.
