We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our company You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, some leasing and sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management.
- Encourage and improve automation of the office.
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, receive mail and document.
- Improve company Social media presence.
- Receptionist duties
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields, knowledge of quick books, Buildium and Microsoft office a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Desire to learn property management and earn extra income with leasing.
