Job Description : General Manager ?

• Hiring, training, and managing all staff members
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Handling financial aspects, such as budgeting and inventory management
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment for both staff and customers
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of team members and implementing corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications :

• Should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
