Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) for our community-based program in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) for our School-based program. Therapists will develop, evaluate and implement occupational treatment plans and function as part of an Holistic Care / educational team serving children 5-18 and and their families in accordance with their approved IEP.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience working with children who require services with developmental delays within the 5-18 age group.
- Education requirement : Minimum Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college / university.
- Experience requirement : One (1) year as a Licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatrics.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate occupational-related abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address kiddos’ occupational goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and clinical outcomes.
