Arrow Stage Lines, one of the nation’s premier motorcoach providers, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in our Omaha, Nebraska location!

In this pivotal position, our Dispatcher is the heart of our operations, supporting our fleet of professional motorcoach operators throughout the entire Great Plains Region. Our Dispatchers play a crucial role in ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service as they help our drivers stay compliant, on the road, and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

  • Lead Safety Culture : Guide and inspire our drivers by building a strong culture of safety and supporting regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor & Train : Welcome and help train newly hired motorcoach operators, sharing your knowledge to help them excel.
  • Impactful Leadership : Enforce company safety policies and spearhead key safety initiatives that make a real difference.

  • You can :

  • Give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
  • Efficiently and safely assign drivers and motorcoaches for daily schedule, including out of town trips and tours
  • Provide drivers with clear charter paperwork and any information (itineraries, maps, special instructions) necessary
  • Monitor GPS system on buses, including paperless logs for drivers, and monitoring compliance
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Be punctual, reliable, dependable, and have a professional appearance at all times
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Be on call and work evenings and weekends when needed

  • Able to effectively communicate policies and procedures, and efficiently implement safety and training programs (must be able to clearly communicate in English, verbally and in writing)

  • Experience or Equivalent Experience

  • 1-2 years of dispatching experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisor experience
  • A proven track record in successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the transportation industry, to include Safety, DOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Pay is commensurate with experience
