Join a dynamic team as a UI / UX Software Developer, where you'll take charge of creating engaging user interfaces while collaborating with a cross-functional team. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, providing the perfect blend of flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of user interfaces to deliver seamless and polished user experiences.
Craft web UIs focusing on layout, interaction, and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with backend and full stack engineers to integrate UI components with core business logic.
Advocate for user-centric design principles within the development team.
Transform Figma prototypes into functional UI code, ensuring technical feasibility.
Work closely with UX designers to refine design decisions and bridge any gaps.
Contribute to and utilize the in-house design system for UI components.
Optimize and refactor existing user interfaces for improved performance.

Skills

Over 5 years of experience in UI development or as a hybrid designer / developer.

Expertise in CSS, including flexbox, grid layout, and advanced CSS techniques.

Proficiency in HTML and understanding of semantic structures and accessibility.

Experience with modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular 2+ with TypeScript and JavaScript ES6.

Familiarity with Git, NPM, and Azure DevOps.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.

Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.

Ability to think creatively as both a designer and developer.
