Position Description : ThinkTek is seeking a Consultant Senior to support a contract with the IRS.
Responsibilities
- Senior Consultant will advise IRS Senior Leaders about ways to improve the overall business model, employee relations, or other facets of day-to-day operations.
- Senior Consultant will be required to troubleshoot specific problems and improve efficiencies.
- Senior Consultant should be able to work independently and provide constructive feedback to the training team on different training and data collection efforts.
Required
- Ten (10) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (public policy, international relations, or business).
- Must have a fundamental understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle process and procurement best practices.
- PMP certification.
