About the Role :
Seeking a Project Manager / Architect to lead projects from concept through construction, manage schedules and budgets, conduct site visits, and ensure quality and code compliance. ArchiCAD experience (or willingness to learn), licensure, and LEED accreditation are a plus.
Qualifications :
- B. Arch or M. Arch
- Licensed Architect
- 5+ years in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
