About The Position
Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Therapy Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : 08 : 00-17 : 00, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Texas license Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Experience in inpatient rehab or skilled nursing setting Job Description : Join a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to treating and recovering individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness.
- Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey with customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.
- Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.- Facilitate a smooth transition for patients from acute care settings to rehabilitation environments.
Please report on your first day at 8 : 00 am for a mini orientation and ask for the People Services Director or Department Operations Team member.
Ensure you wear navy blue scrubs.
