Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro ICU
Location : Dallas, TX
Shift Type : Full-Time, Night Shift
- Shift Schedule : 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
- Shifts per Week : 3 (36 hours scheduled)
Salary : $32 to $53 per hour, dependent on experience
Sign-On Bonus : Available

Neuro ICU Department :
Our Neuro ICU specializes in handling high acuity patients, including non-trauma neurosurgical cases, strokes, specialized spine conditions, neurovascular surgeries, and seizure management. The unit features :
- 15 beds
- Certified Comprehensive Stroke facility
- A robust team including onsite nurse practitioners, stroke coordinators, and a dedicated educator
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide specialized care for patients in the Neuro ICU, managing complex cases with precision and empathy.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement within a supportive environment led by a dedicated leadership team.
- Participate in a unit-based practice council to contribute to policies and patient care protocols.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
