Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro ICU

Location : Dallas, TX

Shift Type : Full-Time, Night Shift

• Shift Schedule : 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
• Shifts per Week : 3 (36 hours scheduled)

Salary : $32 to $53 per hour, dependent on experience

Sign-On Bonus : Available

Neuro ICU Department :

Our Neuro ICU specializes in handling high acuity patients, including non-trauma neurosurgical cases, strokes, specialized spine conditions, neurovascular surgeries, and seizure management. The unit features :

• 15 beds
• Certified Comprehensive Stroke facility
• A robust team including onsite nurse practitioners, stroke coordinators, and a dedicated educator

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide specialized care for patients in the Neuro ICU, managing complex cases with precision and empathy.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement within a supportive environment led by a dedicated leadership team.
• Participate in a unit-based practice council to contribute to policies and patient care protocols.

Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
