ROLE
As our Creative Director, you create the vision and inspire your team to generate a creative product at the highest level.
We’re looking for someone with a track record of creating famous work for big brands, with experience in entertainment and fashion being a big plus.
Your keen awareness of cultural subtleties ensures that your creative executions are relevant and resonate deeply with diverse audiences.
Managing a team of Art Directors and Copywriters, you'll cultivate a collaborative environment where creativity can flourish.
By building trust-based relationships, with clients and our internal team, you'll lead with insight, authority, and professional leadership, guiding us through transformational change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead teams and ensure their creative output, while reporting into the Executive Creative Director;
- Help define a creative vision for accounts and the agency as a whole;
- Help build a team of world class talent through fostering industry relationships and existing networks;
- Ensure creative is at the cutting edge of new innovations and industry trends;
- Develop client relationships and grow new business opportunities;
- Oversee brand consistency from a copy and visual point of view;
- Process information supplied by client / strategy / account services and translate into effective guidance for the team;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of agency experience.
- Outstanding Portfolio : You demonstrate exceptional originality, innovation and multi-disciplinary thinking through your work.
- International Recognition : You have created world-class campaigns that achieved international fame or won multiple international awards.
- Leadership Skills : You are a leader who can organize, motivate and improve the creative output of those around you.
- Creative Vision : You see the bigger picture and define a creative vision for accounts and the agency, leading to award winning work.
- Big Idea Thinker : You go beyond the executional or tactical and come with campaignable thoughts that work across media.
- Production Expertise : You understand the critical importance of the production process and are an expert in making sure it delivers exceptional work.
- Mentor : You are able to pass on your experience to others through generous and patient mentorship of more junior members of the team.
