Job Title : Military Aircraft Parts Sales Representative

Location : Weston, Florida

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Military Aircraft Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the sale of military aircraft parts and components.

This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industries, with a specific focus on military aircraft systems and parts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the military aircraft parts market.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including government agencies, military branches, and defense contractors.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and technical support.

  • Industry Knowledge & Expertise :
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of military aircraft systems, components, and aftermarket parts.

Stay informed of industry trends, government regulations, and technological advancements that may impact sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure the availability of parts and services that meet client specifications.

  • Reporting & Documentation :
  • Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.

Ensure accurate documentation of orders, contracts, and communications with clients.

Qualifications :

  • Industry Experience :
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the aerospace, defense, or military aircraft parts sector.

Familiarity with military procurement processes, government contracts, and defense logistics is essential.

A strong network of industry contacts within military branches, defense contractors, or government agencies is highly desirable.

  • Technical Knowledge :
  • In-depth understanding of military aircraft platforms (e.g., F-15, F-16, C-130, etc.) and associated parts, components, and maintenance needs.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and documentation related to aircraft systems.

  • Skills :
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Education :
  • Relevant industry certifications or military experience is a plus.
