We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architecture vision and alignment across key stakeholders and to define and govern architecture standards, principles, best practices, and patterns for firmwide adoption.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of large scale enterprise systems, Cloud principles and values, experiences in the SaaS environment, removes impediments, and provides technical leadership to multiple software development teams.

The candidate must possess strong leadership interpersonal skills and some client facing experience.As an Enterprise Architect you will :

Develop, maintain, and communicate overall enterprise architecture and strategy

• Engages client technical teams and architects to communicate architecture strategy and leads technical discussions into design decisions
• Lead and govern the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of technology within the enterprise
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define future states, roadmaps, and create IT architecture that enables business and technology vision and goals
• Promotes standardization of infrastructure, enterprise data and applications to reduce costs and system complexity
• Provide technical and architecture guidance in the implementation of new solutions and technologies
• Participates and leads key Architecture Governance processes including the Enterprise Architecture review at the Architecture Review Board
• Takes a holistic view of the organization’s IP development to ensure the technology meets the needs of the business in the most efficient / effective manner possible
• Evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability in support of the Enterprise Architecture

We are looking for :

BA / BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a software development organization.
• 15+ years hands-on experience designing & developing technology solutions
• Experience working and influencing the designs of software architects and senior technology leaders
• Experience building large scale systems, and integrating them into large financial institutions
• Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
• Experienced in designing and building cloud-native applications and knowledge of Cloud Services by AWS.
• Experience in various Container Strategies like Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience in programming languages and frameworks on Scala or Java
• Experience developing and working with both relational and no-sql databases
• Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries
• Experience of understanding the application of architectural design patterns such as Event Driven Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices Architecture, Domain Driven Design

Bonus points if you have :

Knowledge of Azure and Google cloud providers

• Knowledge of front end frameworks like React, SPA
• Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries
