Schedule Options :

  • Site 1 : 7a-7p, 7p-7a call
  • Site 2 : 7a-530p, 530p-7a (call)

Job Details

  • Seeking locums CRNAs to provide ongoing coverage on specific dates at two multispecialty facilities in Illinois starting December 2025.
  • Schedule Requirements :

    • Specific dates available starting in December 2025, contact our recruiter for specifics

  • General rule is that hours are 7a until whenever cases are complete
  • Site 1 : 7a-7p,7p-7a call

    • MDs take OR call

  • Site 2 : 7a-530p, 530p-7a (call)

    • CRNAs take OB call

  • Call response time : 20 mins
  • CRNA can take OR call available some weeks with MD back-up
  • Endo Saturday call available
  • Procedures Required :

    • Both Sites : General, PEDs, Ortho, Uro, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry

  • Site 1 : Cardiac, Endo, and Vascular
  • Site 2 : GYN and pain management
  • Must be proficient in blocks
  • Site Details :

    • EMR : EPIC

  • 13 providers scheduled every day
  • Medical supervised model
  • Site 1 :

    • 4 ORs

  • 1 Endo Room
  • 1 CV Room
  • Site 2 :

    • 5 ORs

  • Credentialingtimeline : 90-120 days

    • Temps / emergency privileges - NOT available

    Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • IL Active license - REQUIRED
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
  • Caselogs of spinals, epidurals, blocks - REQUIRED
