Description :

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical.

The nurse will work night shifts for 12 hours each.

The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in the Medical Surgical field.

Candidates must have experience in patient ratios of 1 : 6.

The unit caters to a broad range of care needs and patient populations, from young adults to geriatrics.

The facility consists of private and semi-private rooms, accommodating up to 20 patients.

The nurse is required to float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed.

Weekend shifts are expected to be half of the scheduled shifts.

The nursing responsibilities encompass a variety of critical care procedures and patient management tasks.

It is essential to have familiarity with the charting system.

Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit.

The patient population will include diverse diagnoses and care requirements.
