Customer Service Assistant / Admin Assistant (Central / 5 days)
Roles & Responsibilities

- Working days : Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities :
- Dealing with admin matters in a finance industry
- Submitting claims, following up with customer service related matters
- Generating new insurance quotations, updating client policy summary, reminding client of payment due
- Preparing PowerPoint slides for meeting
- Booking venue for team events
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Possess minimum Nitec / Diploma in Adminitrative Management or related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
