SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION :
ANSER is seeking a Senior Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help with the development, implementation, and administration of a cyber workforce program.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing human capital management and / or workforce development strategies and program metrics.
Day to day activities may include :
- Assisting with the implementation of workforce-wide development opportunities
- Identifying and leveraging lessons learned to improve the program
- Supporting development of a workforce strategy
- Developing and implementing processes to track progress towards meeting program goals.
- Working with stakeholder to advance the program’s vision and goals
REQUIREMENTS :
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Master's degree
- 15 years of relevant experience
