POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project manages all creative services jobs, overseeing the full project life cycle from initial request to final delivery.
Ensures that projects stay in scope, on budget, and on time.
Review all incoming service requests; assign staff, designers and / or freelancers for each project based on need, availability and skill set;
adjust schedules as required.
Effectively works with the vendors to coordinate the receipt of event collateral to ensure they are received before the specified deadline;
Maintain positive and productive relationships with vendors.
Work with director of creative services, office coordinator, designers, and vendors to determine service options and production solutions.
Ensure the creative brief submitted by the client aligns with vendor proposals.
Effectively communicate with internal clients, designers, and director of creative services at all project stages about status.
Help facilitate job close-out
Schedule and coordinate photography.
Serves as the events liaison for the Office of Student Life, Office of Medical Education, and Human Resources. Responsible for leading and facilitating major annual events, including event planning, budgets, timeline management, on-site set ups, and completed jobs close out.
Works in collaboration with the office coordinator on the financial reconciliation of inter-charge billing.
Creates and maintains proposals for complex creative projects and campaigns.
Responsible for submitting all requisitions.
Serves as the main point of contact for Einstein creative in-house promotional items and awards orders as related to special events
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in science-related field and 5+ years of related experience required.

Minimum Salary Range :
USD $72,000.00 / Yr.
Maximum Salary Range :
USD $80,000.00 / Yr.
