We need *Registered Nurses (RNs) *on *Day and Night Shifts *to join our team at *Dayspring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care* in *Fairborn, OH*.

• Registered Nurse rate of pay : $32 to $38 Per Hour, PLUS additional $2 Teamwork Differential*
• Our Registered Nurses Will Be Responsible For : *
• Registered Nurse care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician’s orders and patient plan of care.
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
• You'll Need To Have : *
• Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) certification
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Instructor-led CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
