FMX is seeking a talented Project Manager with ambitions to become a Product Marketing Manager. This role will help drive the successful delivery of product projects, including product and feature launches and research initiatives.

This role will ramp into a Product Marketing Specialist role by introducing Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, product messaging, sales enablement, and other product marketing skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the successful delivery of each project by monitoring project status, identifying roadblocks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with customers and prospects for various projects, including user research, new feature launches, and product enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication throughout each project.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans for engineering projects, including new feature releases, migrations, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, launch goals, strategies, and timelines.
  • Collect and organize feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product messaging, marketing strategies, future product enhancements, and process improvement.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to project timelines, scope, and resources, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues and roadblocks during project execution to minimize disruptions and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new products by conducting market research and providing insights on target audience and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in crafting product messaging and content for website pages, social media posts, and support center articles to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Support sales teams by preparing sales materials, presentations, and product FAQs to assist in customer conversations and sales pitches.
  • Continuously learn about product marketing best practices, industry trends, and marketing tools / software to enhance skills and contribute effectively to team objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications (in order of importance) :

  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • SaaS or experience working with software products highly preferred
  • Experience in project management, customer service, product management, UX design, or marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with Asana is a plus

Compensation :

  • We will offer a base salary and a bonus. On target earnings for this position is $60,000-$70,000 for your first year.
