Verco Decking Inc., a division of Nucor Corporation, is seeking applicants for a Project Manager Supervisor located in Phoenix, AZ.

Basic Job Functions :
The Project Manager Supervisor (PMS) will be responsible for taking care of our customers by working as a member of the Verco leadership team to continuously improve our safety, quality, costs, productivity, and profitability.
The PMS is responsible for providing daily leadership to post-sales teammates, building meaningful customer relationships, and ensuring the integrity of our schedule.
This includes coaching and mentoring the team along with helping the team achieve its goals. The ISS is expected to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
The PMS must personally demonstrate the values that make up the Nucor culture and be willing to work a flexible schedule
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong commitment to safety
- Previous leadership experience
- High School Diploma

- Leadership Presence and Courage Willingness and confidence to have immediate and direct conversations on critical alignment issues such as teamwork, building relationships, initiating and supporting change, and process issues that arise.
Preferences :
- 2+ years of experience in the steel industry.
- Previous experience in a sales or project manager role
