Radiology Technologist

Innova Solutions is hiring for a Radiology Technologist.

Position type : Part-time, contract-to-hire possible direct hire

Location : Camillus, NY

Job / Shift Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8 - 4 : 30, or Monday and Tuesday

As a Radiologic Technologist you will :

• Performs x-ray, dexa, arthrogram / injections exams
• Greets patients, explains procedures to patients, and positions patients to obtain the required images.
• Operates radiologic equipment and reviews images taken for proper quality.
• Correct labels images and verifying correct patient demographics.
• Cleans and maintains the supplies in radiology rooms.
• Checks the equipment for proper functioning.
• Utilizes EHR system and documents / updates accordingly.

A qualified candidate will have :

• ARRT certification in Radiology
• NYS license
• Associates degree or higher level of education in medical radiography or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current CPR certification

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $30 per hour

Benefits : Health, dental and vision insurance, eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly / 5% annual on vesting schedule), and generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
