Summary
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assure safe and accurate delivery of care
- Administer medications and treatments, provide pre- and post-operative care, and assist with discharge planning
Requirements
- 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Valid Registered Nurse license and required certifications
