Dematic has a need for a Regional Resident Maintenance Manager located near the Southeastern portion of the United States.
This role will be responsible for several resident maintenance sites and will manage and oversee several teams of Maintenance Technicians.
This position will be Day Shift Monday through Friday.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 to $165,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do in This Role :
- Acts as regional / local Dematic contact to the customer.
- Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions and reporting personnel.
- Deliver the business objectives.
- Build capabilities of the overall maintenance team.
- Reinforce the values of the organization.
- Set an example and mentor all team members.
- Perform at professional level to interpret / process more complex, less-clearly defined issues.
- Evaluate and implement changes in methods or procedures.
- Identify resource needs and develop justification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
What We Are Looking For :
- Associates degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how to support related operations.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Possess 8 10 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
- Possess experience with the following technical skills : Electrical troubleshooting skills to include wiring, ac power, ac motors, electrical drawings / schematics, and control panelsServo drives, Programable Logistic Controllers (PLC), PC controllers, dc power supplies, optical devices (i.
e., encoders, photo eyes, etc.)Knowledge of automated equipment; preferably automated material handling systemsMechanical experienceLean principles (4-Step Problem Solve, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)Microsoft Office
- Must be able to evaluate and analyze : system / equipment performance data, perform root cause analysis, and manage resolution of design-performance issues
- Must be able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
- Must be able to manage KPIs and fault data.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to the customer.
