Our Commercial and Residential HVAC Installation Technicians earn a competitive wage of $20 - $30 per hour , based on experience, plus a potential sign-on bonus of $3,000 after 90 days of employment.
We also provide our HVAC installers great benefits and perks , including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick days .
We also truly care about our technicians having a healthy work-life balance with a stable workflow, which is why our HVAC installers can count on a consistent Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM schedule.
Wondering how you can enjoy this amazing compensation and benefits package? All that you need is :
- Ability to do full replacements on both residential and commercial heating and cooling units and ductwork
- Ability to adjust HVAC systems and perform warranty services
- Brazing experience
Experience with both service and installation work would be a plus.
