Early Childhood Music Teacher - Music Explorers
About the Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and nurturing music educator who is experienced in teaching early childhood music. This teacher would be debuting our brand new early childhood program for our music school in North Parmer, TX We are looking for instructors who will teach IN PERSON.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in Music Performance or Music Education and a demonstrated love of teaching.
Experience working with children ages 3-5 years old, and the ability to pass a routine background check are a must. Proficient piano and guitar skills are helpful but not required.
The candidate should feel comfortable reading, interpreting and implementing lesson plans from a program.
The program will start and run one day per week but has the potential to grow into many more offerings over time.
Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $30-38 / hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
Group class pay is the teacher's hourly rate with an additional $5 / hour starting with the 5th student.
