Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students' success.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in 4th to 6th grade.
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement in Illinois.
- Experience working with 4th to 6th-grade students preferred.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
