Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
- Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing strategies for IT modernization aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- SAP S / 4HANA Transformation :
- Oversee the end-to-end process of transitioning to SAP S / 4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Drive the adoption of S / 4HANA modules for finance, supply chain, sales, and other key functions, optimizing business processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Data & Analytics Modernization :
- Lead efforts to modernize our data infrastructure, leveraging advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Fabric, and AI to unlock actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the organization.
- Machine Learning and AI Integration :
- Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and AI algorithms into business processes, enabling predictive analytics, personalized customer experiences, and automated decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI experts to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Cloud Architecture and Security :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy, leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to enhance scalability, agility, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement robust security measures, including encryption, access controls, and threat detection systems, to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats.
- Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, translating them into scalable and innovative IT solutions.

- Vendor Management :

- Proactively address resistance to change and overcome barriers to adoption, championing the benefits of IT modernization and driving cultural transformation.
10.Performance Measurement :
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of IT modernization initiatives, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Regularly review and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :
1.Advanced Degree :
MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Certifications :
Relevant certifications in SAP S / 4HANA, Power BI, Fabric, AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, or security would be advantageous.
3.Industry Experience :
Prior experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, particularly in leading IT modernization initiatives, is highly desirable.
4.Global Perspective :
- Experience working in a multinational organization with exposure to diverse cultures and business environments.
