Description : Keville Enterprises, Inc., an established Construction Management Consulting and Inspection firm, is seeking a full-time Marketing / Proposal Coordinator with experience in developing marketing literature and proposals for public transportation and building construction projects.
The primary focus of this position will be to provide technical proposal development, coordination, and support for the pursuit of projects nationwide, with an emphasis on the New England Region.
This position will also be involved in developing a variety of marketing materials, presentations, graphics, technical writing, research, and reporting.
Reporting and material development will require significant input from Keville staff so strong planning / organization skills, communication skills (including e-mail, phone, and in-person), ability to build rapport, and follow up skills, will be critical to achieve the goals of the position.
A secondary focus of this position will be for office and project support functions. This assignment may require working in the Keville office located in Boston, MA.
Currently, all work is being performed remotely, but this may change in the future to a hybrid approach (remote and office) or full-time in the Keville office.
Marketing / Proposal Coordinator Qualifications :
- minimum 2 years of applicable experience, ideally including experience in the construction, engineering, and / or architectural industries
- excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- extremely strong technical writing skills with complete command of English grammar and spelling
- proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
- experience in coordinating, collecting, and organizing data input from a variety of sources and consolidating it into a coherent, proposal package that meets all requirements
- minimum education of a two-year college degree
Additional Skills
The skills below will be helpful, but are not a requirement of the position :
- experience in developing and maintaining SF330 and other standard proposal forms
- knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of construction management and / or engineering
- skills / experience in graphic art using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, inDesign, or similar
