About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 08 : 00-17 : 30, 4 x 9-hour days (Monday-Thursday) and 5 hours on Friday Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year required License : Current Colorado PT License Certifications : Current BLS certification required Must-Have : Ability to treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings Job Description : Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing, and administering of physical therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
- Administer treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
- Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
- Rotating weekends and holidays with other staff members; on-call for holidays per rotation schedule.- Familiarity with Cedaron / APTA Connect charting preferred.
- Graduate from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
