Here at High Volume Car Stereo, we are looking for an ambitious employee, who is excited to make sales and greet people as they walk with a smile on their face.
Needs to be well educated in aftermarket audio upgrades for all 12volt vehicles, boats, semi-trucks, golf carts...anything with a battery.
We do a lot of custom builds as well so our employees will need to be accommodating to their needs and wants along with pricing builds out correctly.
Finishing any sales from beginning to end from the first "hello" to filling out all the paperwork, to filing it all correctly, taking payments and documenting those, taking payments for orders, calling and setting up appointments are all part of the daily tasks that will be expected.
Showing up on time is an absolute must as well. We also own and run an interlock company, Guardian Interlock.
This requires a license from the State of Oklahoma, any employee over 18 with a valid DL will need to test for the certification, once they are certified they can then run calibrations and do installs.
This job may ask you to work 30-40 hours a week. There is always room for time off when requested in a timely manner.
Compensation : $12 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
- Respond to all inquires on all social media platforms
- Set up appointments / check in clients for appointments / verify all info is correct
- Run Guardian Interlock appointments Installs / Violations / Calibrations
- Make and close sales
- Show up on time
- Must be able to navigate through issues and help resolve in a professional manner Qualifications :

- 2+ years of sales experience
- Customer empathy. You empathize with cusotmers and seek to solve problems instead of create problems.

High Volume Car Stereo was started by Frank Dunshee in 1989, a Lawton native. After his passing in 2015, his business was passed down to his nephew, Nick Beckmann.
Nick started working for his Uncle Frank in 1995 and never left. He truly found his passion in his work life. He now owns High Volume alongside his wife Jessica.
