Location : Washington DC- remote / hybrid Flexibility

Job Description :

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the growing team. The candidate will understand sales processes and dynamics and be responsible for prospecting and cold-calling potential customers to generate new business opportunities, predominantly within the DC Metro.

Excellent proposal development, presentation, and negotiating skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in gaining access and selling to mid to senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities :

  • Heavy emphasis on net new business, prospecting new opportunities, managing relationships, etc.
  • Analyze market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales
  • Through the sales process to identify, quantify, and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution.
  • Must be confident to perform cold / warm calls to potential customers.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base $50k
  • Projected Commission $50k - $70k
  • Uncapped commission
  • Projected Earnings Year 1 $100k - $120k
