In the future, the practice hopes to increase its LASIK / PRK co-management, increase optical capture rate, and dry eye therapies (BlephEx / extractions).

What you'll do :

Working closely with an Optometric Technician you'll have the unique opportunity to provide comprehensive optometric care to every patient.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring optimal vision health for individuals of all ages. You'll also have access to advanced technology, including Topcon Maestro-2 OCT, Zeiss Humphrey Visual Field, Topcon MYAH with axial length measuring, and Optos Monaco.

You can expect to see a patient every 30 minutes as the practice typically conducts about 15 comprehensive appointments daily.

Ensuring charting is detailed and completed within 48 hours, billing and prescriptions are communicated to the front office, and answering patient questions from the front office staff is essential in this role.

The position offers part-time employment status with the ability to progress into a full-time position within the next five years.
